USB 1.x

USB 1.0 and 1.1
Hello fellow of Cyberspace, today I want to talk about USB 1.x let is start

Well for this we going to make a trip in time, to the last millennium and century to be precise the decade of 90. It is invented a new term USB, abbreviation of Universal Serial Bus, is one of the many initiatives of the time to standardize the ports that interact between computers and a whole range of peripherals and electronic devices. For example keyboards, digital cameras, printers, and a large etc. USB has supplanted a wide range of previous interfaces, such as serial ports and parallel ports, as well as separate power chargers for portable devices.
After this introduction we will see the specifications

Previous versions have been on the market sins 1990, but the change was not introduce until 1996 and was a USB 1.0 had a data rate of 1.5 Mbit / s and had two types of terminal that was A that is the famous rectangle and the B some kind of square. Due to its low speed it did not allow extensions or other modifications very few
However, in 1998 came the USB 1.1 that introduced the speed of 12 Mbit / s now this one was very well received, we can see the change in the printers or also the appearance of Legacy-free PC of Microsoft
Even though this may seem strange to us, but not many attempts were made to make smaller connectors there were a couple of attempts with type B but it was not specific and gave connection problems.

This is experience with mobile Motorola I1

It has a very interesting feature that lets you use it as woki toki, pressing the button on your left side the quality is good, but I could not effectively determine distance, since it work almost everywhere in the city where I live and very few problems within buildings.

Its weight and dimensions are not bad there is always room for improvement are the following Weight 4.63 oz (131 g) Dimensions 4.65 "x 2.28" x 0.5 "(118 x 58 x 12.8 mm). if we go something deeper in this aspect resolution is 320 x 480 pixels, the pixel density is de186 ppi, in addition to a touch screen. it also has sensor light, proximity sensor resistant glass, scratch (Corning Gorilla glass)

I like the design, it's comfortable and manly, they say that is waterproof, I does not test!

Its battery leaves much to be desired is only 1400 mAh LiIon, I could try that holds up well to talk, but staying on without wi-fi does not reach 96 hours they promise.

On the technical side leaves much to be desired with a single core processor, which is 500 MHz, Freescale Zeus 2.0 ARM1136, comes with Android OS 1.5 is not the most modern but it is useful, the memory of the system is only 256 MB of RAM / 512MB ROM, you do not have much space but allow you to expand microSD, microSDHC up to 32GB something very positive, particularly mind if you take many photos or video.

Speaking of camera is just in the back and is 5 megapixes something low but you can have good results brings a LED flash is quite good, but only if the light sources are in front of you. As interesting thing allows you to Autofocus, Digital zoom, Geo tagging, Pre white balance settings, Panorama and otherseffects.

The Motorola i1 is the first Android smartphone for iDEN-based networks using 2G technology instead of modern CDMA and GSM networks, this does not affect the quality of the call, but yes of  the browsing speed, which brings a Opera Mini 5.0 browser that personal is not my favorite but maintains the utility surf at a reasonable speed.

Its connectivity;
Bluetooth supported are: HSP 1.1, HFP 1.5, A2DP 1.2, version 2.0 + EDR AVRC
Wi-Fi: 802.11 b, g.
USB: USB 2.0 microUSB connector.
It also has the potential for Computer sync, OTA sync

Have separate buttons for menu, back, answer call, end call, menu, volones, camera on and off.

In closing I leave the list of all the things I did not like:

  •      Display low density of pixels (186 ppi)
  •      Single-core processor
  •      Too little RAM (256MB RAM)
  •      Low resolution screen (320 x 480 pixels)
  •      Low resolution camera (5 megapixels)
  •      Low resolution video capture
  •      No front camera
  •      Outdated   operating system.

Try to manifest how was lived those days when there were Republic and what happened when the new republic callus under the command of the military and its repression.

This is my experience with BlackBerry Curve 8530

What I liked is that it was the first BlackBerry that includes a track pad, which is useful as the previous small wheel broke all the time.

As size is very small and light it is: Height: 109 mm (4.29 inches) Length: 60 mm (2.36 inches) Depth 13.9 mm (0.55 inches) Weight: 106 grams (3, 70 ounces) and you can choose different colors for my wine red and black are the most and enjoy.

I do not like the camera is only 2.0MP Digital, it allows to make videos along with Digital zoom, Geo tagging.

Supports BlackBerry App World something interesting, but to me it has given me problems.

With a CPU / processor Qualcomm MSM7627 Snapdragon S1 / ARM1136EJ-S. It'll Single-Core 32bit 528MHz and 256MB of Flash, you can expand it up to 32GB with microSD, microSDHC cards.

It has support for Bluetooth v2.0, Wi-Fi 802.11b / g, built in GPS capabilities also brings BlackBerry Maps that are quite useful also it has a useful player Multimedia.

You have access to the 3G network and can send SMS / MMS and Email

A level of security includes password protection and keyboard lock.

Even when the battery is 1150 mAh has a good talk time: 4.50 hours. Standby time is 10.5 days (252 hours) I have not had the patience to try it but if I tell you that after about 2-3 unfilled, if you begin to navigate asesarlo or you die too fast

Brings buttons for on, off or in addition lock volume and something interesting it is that on top has buttons to rewind or advance plus play and pause

Robur the Conqueror

Title of the work: Robur the conqueror

Original title: Robur-le-Conquérant

Narrative form: Novel

Author Name: Jules Verne

Publisher: R. B. A Coleccionadles S. A

Year of the edition: 2003

Genre: Fantasy

Year of reading: 2007

Additional Information:

-Make sure you have the version that has both parts, you save it if you have 18 chapters in total.

-You have to read Owners of the world, which would be the second part of this book.

-Fun fact: Shortly after this book there was a wave of similar 1896-1897 aircraft throughout the United States, and one of them even collided with a windmill in Aurora, Texas in 1897.

Summary of the work:

The novel refers to the advances in air navigation of the time by presenting an American engineer (Robur) who, before the members of the Weldon Institute in Philadelphia, a society that advocates the use of aerostats, defends the use of aerial aircraft "heavier than the air".

After being mocked out, he kidnaps the president, the company's secretary, and their servant, and puts them on the ship he has built, thus demonstrating to them the efficacy, safety, and power of his invention. The ship is called "Albatross", after the sea bird that is capable of flying for a long time and traveling enormous distances.

Described as a ship with numerous masts, a powerful internal machine (probably electric) turns the propellers that crown them: the author describes a kind of helicopter. To prevent it from turning on itself in flight, use is made of propellers that rotate in the opposite direction. The entire ship has been created based on paper pulp glued and pressed at high pressure: in this way, it is light and fireproof at the same time. The Albatross travels to numerous places, from Paris to the Poles, going around the world.

Later, the Albatross is seen inside a hurricane from which she cannot escape and it ends up on Equis Island to fix the damage. The truth is that Uncle Prudent and Phil Evans come up with the idea of lighting dynamite so that it explodes at night while they escape with the servant to the island. They succeed, and the Albatross explodes at 3,000 meters.

Instead, at the Weldon Institute they are very concerned about the disappearance. They finally discover from a note dropped from the sky by Uncle Prudent that Robur the Conqueror has kidnapped them. After many investigations they get nothing. But on the most unexpected day, the president and secretary of the Weldon Institute show up.

Cartas desde mi celda (Letters from my cell)- Gustavo Adolfo Bécquer

Not to forget the excellent letters from my cell where they were written in the Monastery of Veruela is in the area of Moncayo, where he was to cure their tuberculosis.

It is surprising that even though he was suffering from the disease, these Letters are so versatile and full of spirit, also has wonderful descriptions of nature and the environment.

The 9 Letters are very good and recommended, but my favorite cards are the sixth, seventh and eighth as they are very interesting, focuses the story of the murder of a famous witch who lived in the area of Moncayo, also it does tell us the legend of the wonderful origin of the Castle of Trasmoz. Not to mention the similarity that has the story of Cinderella, but Fairy Godmother actually is a witch.

Day of the Dragon Book 2

Set after Warcraft II: Tides of Darkness but before Warcraft III: Reign of Chaos, Day of the Dragon is the story of how a human Mage, Rhonin, ventures into the last remaining Orc-controlled lands in Khaz Modan by the order of Krasus. Krasus is actually a red dragon named Korialstrasz, yet is disguised as a human mage of Dalaran during the earlier chapters of the book. He is loyal to his captured queen, Alexstrasza, Queen of the Red dragon flight, and one of the five great Aspects. By using the "Demon Soul", Nekros Skullcrusher, leader of the orcs in Khaz Modan, is able to hold Alexstrasza and her consorts, such as Tyranastrasz, against their will and use their offspring as pawns against the other races of Azeroth.

Whilst Korialstrasz sought help from the other Aspects, Nozdormu, Malygos, and Ysera, Deathwing helped Rhonin get into the Orc Fortress in order to convince Nekros Skullcrusher that there was an imminent Alliance attack on Grim Batol. Deathwing's real motivation was that he wanted the eggs so he could replenish his flight, not to free the Red Dragonqueen. Believing a great army to be on its way, Nekros had the eggs transported elsewhere, placing them in the open where Deathwing wanted them. However, as Deathwing was stealing the eggs, he was confronted by a dying Tyranastrasz. Despite initial problems, Korialstrasz managed to gain the aid of the other three Great Aspects in his task to free Alexstrasza. With the help of Rhonin, Vereesa Windrunner, Falstad Dragonreaver (Falstad Wildhammer), and a number of dwarven resistance fighters, the group managed to destroy the "Demon Soul" forever. By doing so, they free Alexstrasza, who swallows Nekros Skullcrusher in one gulp, aiding in the defeat of the orcs in the area. Ironically, Deathwing helped with the release of Alexstrasza, yet was not concerned due to the fact that the "Demon Soul" had drained the other Aspects' powers. However, with the destruction of the "Demon Soul," the powers were returned to the four Aspects and Deathwing was last seen fleeing from three angry Aspects at the time as Alexstrasza went to Korialstrasz.

The storyline also covers Deathwing's plot to throw the mortal kingdoms into disarray by posing as Lord Prestor, using his draconic powers to manipulate the rulers of the human kingdoms into making him king of Alterac, then planning to marry into the Lordaeron royal family to become its heir. However, with his defeat at the hands of the other four Dragon Aspects, Lord Prestor is never seen again

Original title: Classical Mythology

A great book, I really like the work of AR Hope Moncrieff and the way  the book is organized, from the Titans to the heroes, to the gods and nymphs.

Inspiration for literature, poetry and music for many centuries, the characters, the myths of ancient Greece, is a fascinating mixture of gods and heroes, monsters and magicians. Some, like Theseus and Agamemnon, probably based on historical figures. Others have been invented to explain the wonders of nature, the passage of the sun across the sky or the beautiful song of the nightingale.

This wonderful collection is both famous and lesser-known stories based on classical sources, they have been narrated in prose for the modern reader, with additional extracts of similar themes verse, written by great English poets.
